Park's Honda Ayr were really helpful and I'd recommend them because :
Although the salesman Calvin appeared very young he explained that he had been with Parks for over 6 years and had very good interpersonal skills…unbeknown to him I had just left a Mercedes garage and was not treated very well and this was the reason I found myself at Parks to reconsider a vehicle I had seen earlier in the week….i was offered a “commercial “ rate as a trade in and 30 minutes later the deal was concluded with my private registration transferred and paperwork concluded by the young salesman.
The staff are really nice; they have compassion and a friendly approach.
Park's Honda Ayr were helpful because we have purchased previously and we are always more than happy with the Honda service. Honda provides reliability that we trust implicitly. I had an excellent experience and feel very impressed with the whole procedure from my first telephone enquiry to follow up post sale with Dennis Hay. I have been kept well informed at all stages of the whole process. Unfortunately for me, I live a good distance away but would definitely use Park’s again if I lived closer as I had such a positive experience.
I'd endorse Park's Honda Ayr because they are very easy to deal with: no high pressure sales. On this occasion they obtained a specific second hand car for me from another Parks Honda dealership about two hundred miles away, with no pressure to buy.
