My experience at Park's Honda Ayr was positive because Kirsty was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. As I was buying the vehicle over the internet rather than visiting the showroom I was sent videos of the car I was purchasing. The whole experience was great. Kirsty arranged for the car to be taken to Inverness due to my location which was great. Unfortunately my experience at Honda Inverness was not as good for the handover of the car. I felt like an inconvenience and the person that I was dealing with did not seem very interested in helping. Apart from this experience my experience with Honda Ayr was amazing
